Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we can estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, delivery times will vary. Because stocks are held in-house, as well as by Renault UK and Renault in France, we cannot guarantee that items are dispatched same- or next- day, although items are dispatched to customers as soon as they arrive with us.
Courier speeds are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Please also note that the shipping rates in the store are determined by the value of the order. Because of this, parcels of low value in comparison to their weight or size may incur an additional shipping charge. You will be notified quickly if this is the case, and may opt to receive a full refund, which will be granted straight away, without quibble.
